Alright ladies – this week the Proverbs 31 woman is getting dressed and dressing her family!
We are up to Proverbs 31:21 & 22:
When it snows, she has no fear for her household;
for all of them are clothed in scarlet.
22 She makes coverings for her bed;
she is clothed in fine linen and purple.
I have been battling laryngitis for 7 days – so I drank lots of hot tea and honey before this video and eeked it out! I apologize for being so croaky

Courtney- I love your shopping video! I get to go shopping soon after I lose a little bit more baby weight and my husband gave me a big budget, but I want to stretch it as far as I can. I love your tips. I can’t wait to go shopping now!
I jumped into this series in the middle but have been enjoying it very much. It has made me really think about where I am at as a wife and mother. Since my kids are grown I also am thinking about how I can help my daughter instill these values in her children.
My hubby promised me a sizeable shopping trip if I can get down to my pre-pregnancy weight after baby #1, I made it once or twice, but couldn’t seem to stay there. So I never got my spree. I am now preg with baby #2 and hope to be back to pre-preg weight #1 after this one. This preg is going much smoother weight wise because I am under strict Dr care for diabetes and on a strict diet…bad word choice, it is actually a food plan, a *lot* of food, so definitely not a “diet”…because of it. I may have to see what I can find at a few thrift stores. I’ve been to a couple and haven’t seen much, but I see the finds other people have in their closets and I figure I must not be looking with an open mind. So I will try again after our newest little one is here
